Who is behind this service?
Tensetti Tools is an independent Swedish service. Full seller, company and contact details are kept on the Legal & company page. Emails are answered by a named person within two working days.
Who can buy the paid products?
For business and professional use only. At checkout you confirm that the purchase is related to a business, trade or profession and is not a consumer purchase.
Will I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes. Every purchase produces a receipt and invoice by email showing the seller details and the tax applied by the payment flow.
What happens after I pay, and how fast do I get access?
Access is granted as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment — normally within a few seconds. Your purchase is attached to your account, so you can sign in from any device and open it again later.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a voluntary 14-day refund on one-time purchases that have not been opened or downloaded. Ask for it yourself on the refund page — no email needed, and an eligible order is refunded to your card on the spot. If you have already opened the deliverable or the automatic window has passed, a person reviews the request and answers within two working days; genuine product or delivery problems are handled by a person.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Annual plans can be cancelled at any time from your account. Billing stops immediately and your access runs until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee, no phone call and no retention flow.
Are my documents or answers uploaded anywhere?
No source text is sent to us. The technical writing checker analyses documents entirely inside your browser, and assessment answers stay minimal: structured choices, never free-text incident or supply-chain evidence.
Do you see my card details?
No. Card data goes directly to the payment provider's hosted checkout. This site only stores the identifiers needed to reconcile your purchase and grant access.
