1. Service
Tensetti Tools provides readiness checks, fictional tabletop exercises, technical-writing analysis and generated working documents. The services are not legal advice, certification, audit services, incident-response software or official reporting channels.
2. Business-only commercial scope
For business and professional use only. Paid licences are offered only to purchasers acting for purposes related to a business, trade or profession. At checkout you explicitly confirm that the purchase is not a consumer purchase. If you cannot make that confirmation, do not complete a paid checkout.
3. Acceptable use
Use fictional or sanitised information in the CRA and EUDR assessment flows. Do not submit live vulnerability details, exploit instructions, credentials, personal data or confidential evidence. Do not use the service to handle an active incident.
4. Licence
Paid output is licensed for internal business use. A facilitator may use one purchased report for one named client scenario. Resale or white-labelling requires a separate licence, which we do not currently offer.
5. Payment
Prices exclude VAT. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Access to a paid deliverable is granted only after payment is confirmed by the payment provider. A receipt and invoice showing the seller details and applied tax are emailed automatically.
6. Voluntary business refund policy
We offer a voluntary 14-day refund on one-time purchases that have not been opened or downloaded. This is a contractual business-friendly refund policy, not a consumer withdrawal-right statement. An eligible untouched one-time purchase inside the window is refunded to the original payment method automatically through the refund page. If the deliverable has been opened or downloaded, or the automatic window has passed, you can still ask for a review. Genuine product or delivery problems are handled by a person, with a decision by email within two working days. You can also write to jonatan@tensetti.se.
7. Subscriptions and cancellation
Annual plans can be cancelled at any time from your account. Billing stops immediately and your access runs until the end of the period you have already paid for. Annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. You can cancel from your account at any time, without contacting support.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. You remain responsible for your regulatory, operational and documentation decisions.
9. Data protection
Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy. Business customers are additionally covered by the data processing terms, which apply automatically and need no signature.
10. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between us, it is handled by the competent Swedish courts.
